Calculate your space
If you have time make out an inventory of the contents of the boxes.
Clean the objects before storing them.
Label the boxes with your name and, if appropriate, state if they contain any fragile material and where they should go.
Do not seal the boxes with glue. Use adhesive tape to prevent damage and dirt entering the box.
Dismantle furniture as much as possible, and arrange it so that it takes up as little space as possible. Be careful with smaller pieces and keep them in a safe place.
Wrap any loose parts of the furniture in bubble wrap.
Do not mix heavy and fragile objects, or pointed and soft objects.
Store clothing in sealed boxes.
Package heavy articles in separate boxes.
Fill the boxes to the top to prevent the stack from breaking, always watching the weight.
Place small objects in sealed bags to avoid losing them.
Labels must always be visible.
Pay special attention to objects of value, indicating that they are fragile so as not to damage them.
Be careful with cups and glasses, protecting them with three layers of tissue paper or one layer of bubble wrap and do not place them inside each other.
Napkins and tablecloths may be used for packing crockery.
Tie up objects loosely.
It is better to put dishes at the bottom of the boxes and protect them with bubble wrap or paper.
Wash all clothes before packaging them and ensure that they are dry to avoid problems stemming from dampness.
Suitcases are most suitable for storing clothes.
Place anti-moth products and scented sachets.
Strengthen mirrors with adhesive tape.

GuardaTot allows you to choose a private storage room from 1m² and for a minimum of 7 days, with more than 10 different sizes. The customer may change the storage room whenever they wish, with 24 hour access 365 days a year, and we also have a large area for private parking and for loading and unloading.
